Welcome to Old School Tool Set (“the Bot,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our Discord bot, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.
Old School Tool Set is a Discord bot designed for Old School RuneScape (OSRS) communities. It provides utilities, tools, and interactive features related to OSRS gameplay and Discord community engagement.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Discord and, by extension, our Bot. By using the Bot, you confirm that you meet this requirement and comply with Discord’s Terms of Service.
When you use the Bot, we may collect your OSRS character name and character ID to provide game-related features. We do not collect personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary for the Bot’s operation.
All code, design, and branding of Old School Tool Set are the property of OSMays8338. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Bot without written permission.
The Bot is provided “as is” without any warranty. We do not guarantee that the Bot will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all servers or systems.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OSMays8338 is not liable for damages resulting from use or inability to use the Bot, including data loss, downtime, or indirect losses.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Bot at any time, without notice, for any reason including violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be available via our official Discord server or website. Continued use means you accept the new Terms.
